Fergie is so friendly and welcoming. She really knows her stuff. She explains what she’s doing and what in the products. She can answer your questions about your hair and advise you on maintenance. I had a very relaxing experience. It was great for my hair and great for my mental health to just relax. I will be making this a regular thing.

Truly the best salon in South East London! This was my second visit and Tereze completely knew what I was wanted and my highlights and cut are the best I’ve ever had. Could not recommend the salon enough.

Great staff who looked after me from the moment I walked in to when they finished doing my hair. I would recommend this shop for anyone looking to twist their hair, start growing dreads or for those who’s dreads are nearly at their feet. Very skilled specialist who can take care of your every need

I just got my locs retwisted, and I’m super happy with how they turned out! My stylist was amazing, and my locs look fresh and neat. She also added a head massage to the service, which was such a nice surprise,it felt so good and really added something special to the whole experience. If you’re looking for a great retwist and a little extra relaxation, I highly recommend giving this new service a try!

I can be quite critical in life, I suspect it’s probably because I have high expectations! But whenever I come to The Box you always not only meet my expectations but you go above and beyond, this could be one of my favourite haircuts I’ve ever had!! Fergie was amazing. I'm learning how to navigate my hair health and styling with alopecia thinning and she was so knowledgeable and gentle. I had a deluxe treatment,rand flat twist style 10/10 recommend. Due to unforeseen circumstances she was running a bit late, but she was very upfront and apologetic and kept me comfortable while I waited. Salon room space and tools were clean, no worries about cross contamination at all. Thank you so much. I feel confident and gorgeous with my hair x
