I loved my experience at Amia. The salon has a nice and calming atmosphere. The attendants were so kind and helpful. I appreciated the helpful consultation and education on my hair type, products that would be useful for me and crafting a routine for my hair goals. Everyone was so patient while answering my questions and I was happy with the service. I have already recommended them to others and I will keep using Amia.

Like last time, just an amazing place to go to for locs. Lez is so gentle and careful with your hair. She will constantly ask you if you’re okay and make sure youre really comfortable. This has just confirmed that I will be coming to her more often. Thanks again, girl!

Kimoy is brilliant at what he does and knows how to treat his customers with respect. He is very punctual unlike other barbers in the area who are rude and make inappropriate jokes at their clients expense when they leave. Had bad experiences at the Nuthouse barbers in Gravesend who were never on time and always overrun. Kimoy provides top notch haircuts always. The best barber in Gravesend, hands down. If you want the best haircut come to Kimoys I cannot recommend him highly enough. Forget the rest, go to the best.

BOOK that appointment at AMIA!! I had a great experience, everyone was nice and welcoming. I was offered refreshments throughout the day, a really nice touch, conversation was good, just a really nice atmosphere to be in. My service was 10/10, and QUICK! My stylist was amazing, she wasn’t tough on my scalp and really took care with my braids, compliments all day & since. Everyone was knowledgeable and offered advice on hair maintenance & care. You can really tell and feel that the client matters which is hard to find. I will definitely be going back and highly recommend. ThankYou!🫶🏾

I had the pleasure of having Testimony braid my two daughters’ hair, and she was absolutely amazing! My girls have very sensitive scalps, and she was so gentle, patient, and accommodating throughout the entire process. She made sure they were comfortable at all times, which I truly appreciated. Her parts were clean and precise, her braids were neat and beautifully done, and the styles came out flawless. She was also very professional and kind. Most importantly, my girls were happy, relaxed, and loved their hair. I highly recommend her services!

I absolutely loved my experience at Amia hair salon! The staff were helpful and guided me with a consultation on how to maintain my hair whilst in braids. The two stylists working on my hair were supportive and recommended great products that I can use going forward. Would definitely recommend!

Had a great experience with Amia Hair Studios. I messaged the day before and they were able to fit me in the next day, which I really appreciated. The service was great and my hair turned out exactly how I wanted. The stylist followed my inspo pictures perfectly. Would definitely recommend Amia Hair Studios!
