I had the most amazing experience at 13 Roses Salon! Emilia was incredible -professional, kind, and made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole process. The staff were beautiful and welcoming, offering water, sweets, and coffee, which created such a lovely atmosphere. Every step was explained clearly, making me feel relaxed and confident. My hair looks stunning, healthy, and beyond my expectations. A friend recommended 13 Roses Salon, and it truly exceeded everything I hoped for. Rita was lovely and friendly, attentive to my concerns and gave me a smart haircut and keratin treatment. Her colleagues were also welcoming and friendly too. I’m glad i chose this hairdressers having travelled across London to visit it. I will definitely return again!

Can't say how pleased I was with my makeup for my nieces wedding yesterday. Took under consideration me being 50+ woman and W.O.W even I was blown away with the results. Good luck Ellie in your new adventure down London you definitely have an amazing talent!!!

I took my mum to get her hair corrected and look good for an upcoming wedding, the appointment was booked months ago and I had two consultation with Neesa and Anu to discuss what we should do with her hair… I have full faith and trust with the ladies at Zaira Rose (as they did wonders with my hair), so I left it in their good hands. The ladies at Zaira Rose looked after my mum, made her feel really comfortable and did and absolute fabulous job in her hair… they made her look younger again and she was almost in tears as the transformation was phenomenal x

Had a luxury manicure and pedicure. It was just lovely and so relaxing. Not rushed. Mital was great, explained exactly what she was going to do. I would definitely go there again and recommend to my friends and family.
