Charlene did a fabulous job with my “hair up”!! Having never been to Charlene before I didn’t know if I’d be able to explain what I wanted & her get the vibe, but she absolutely did! It’s not that I wanted anything particularly complicated but somehow people just don’t get what you want sometimes, but Charlene totally got it, executed a beautiful birthday updo & was great to chat to for an hour! I am definitely considering changing to her as my regular hairdresser as I absolutely felt I can trust her! Thank you 🙏

So happy with my hair! I booked in for consultation and Fiona was amazing at talking me through the options and really listening to what I wanted! We landed on did a cut and foilyage to prep my hair before my wedding. I’m so happy as I was able to keep my natural colour whilst having some beautiful foilyage added in! Jo was incredibly helpful providing lots of ideas of styles, and as someone who changed their mind in the last week she was incredibly accommodating. She was able to adapt to what I wanted seamlessly and was incredibly professional, calm and skilled.
