Chantel has been my hairdresser for over 17 years. Only she can get my thick straight hair to obey and layers it beautifully. She also cuts my entire family's hair ( and even my overseas visitors get a haircut from her). Thanks Chantel!

My hair was done nicely. I had the straight up and I'm enjoying my hairstyle. The experience would have been 5 stars, but I think my stylist used a brush that had been used on a different client without proper cleaning she only removed the hair from the brush, I was too shy to say anything plus I could be wrong. I almost gave 2 stars because my gel polish was mostly removed using a drill bit. I think she drilled into my actual nail, you can see it under a bright light. Now my nails are pink, and sensitive to temperature and touch, and this hasn't improved since Saturday.

Impeccable, welcoming service. My stylist, Karabo was very friendly, efficient and accommodating. All the staff are very friendly. I'm very happy with my hairstyle, it looks amazing. My only gripe is that I skipped a wash and blow dry because my hair was already prepared but still paid full price, so I just wish it was clear that the price on the website is the base for the style/labour excluding a wash/dry. - Lili <3

I highly recommend my lovely stylist, Renata. She listened to what I wanted and gave me exactly that. I love my fresh shoulder lenght hair style. It looks great and makes me feel younger. She also did a short cut for my elderly mother, who is very particular. She cut the styl perfectly and my mother left there feeling fabulous. Should you be looking for a friendly, professional and great skilled hairdresser, Renata is the one for you.

I’m very happy with my hair. The stylist did it exactly the way I asked and without putting too much tension on the hairline. The salon is lovely, clean and peaceful and the staff are very friendly. Only surprise was that blow dry is charged extra for braid service

I visited LNB for the first time and landed in Dede’s hands for a 360 Vixen install . I was anxious not sure if the style was going to suit me . Dede assured me it going to lovely . True to her words , after she did her magic I was all smiles . Impressed. Great service from start to finish .

I had an amazing time at the salon. I just have two critiques: 1. I feel some time was wasted especially at the beginning and that my braider was going slow 2. Although I love the style, the braids are very loose. Hardly a week later but some have come out. This is disappointing. Overall good salon.
