I am extremely blessed to have found Kathy @ Hair in Motion of New York (Orl. Fl). I have natural, thick, coarse hair that can give big trouble when styling. Yet, Kathy she just has gifted hands that tames all the kinks and coils. And fast...I used to spend the WHOLE day in the salon, but nope 2, 2.5 hrs is all it takes for Kathy. I say all this to convince the folks that have given up on finding a great stylist, visit Kathy and she will have your hair healthy, shiny, and bone straight. ❤️❤️❤️

I had an amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, it was clear how knowledgeable she is. Love Hunter!! They are super attentive to client needs and gave me exactly what I was looking for. They have super affordable prices which can be so helpful in this economy :,) I would recommend them to any queer people in Orlando or anyone looking for alternative hair needs. Side bar, I love the collaborative environment the salon has. Another stylist was quick to help Hunter if they had any questions about technique and it was very refreshing to see. The entire staff were all professional and following the CDC guidelines by being 6 feet apart and wearing face masks. My stylist, Lesline is just awesome, she was able to look at my facial and head structure and determine what haircut and hair style would work best for me. I simply LOVE my new look. All of the stylist were busy with clients which is a good thing and they were all performing at 100 %. If you are looking for a modern, well designed and affordable salon than Hair in Motion of NY is the place for you. I attended the location at 2121 South Hiawassee Rd Orlando FL

I took my 8 year old “tender headed” child for the first time yesterday. My child was so happy! She did not flinch or cry one time. She washed, conditioned, trimmed and styled her hair. The style came out beautifully and my baby was ecstatic!! My baby said I want to vibe back to her! Price was extremely reasonable… I’m an extremely happy mommy!

Great service with Paola. And all the girls- have had my blow dry with the girls interchangeably and would trust all of them. The spa is clean and tidy. I recommend the scalp detox leaves my scalp feeling so fresh.

Angel did my cut and I could not be happier!! I’ve been looking all over Orlando for someone who specializes in scene-ish and more layered cuts and I found the perfect person!! Salon was also super comfortable and definitely safe space to be who you are. I will be back!
