She noted that my hair was super dry and took precaution by immersing in water and conditioner before detangling. I thought she could have done more finger detangling before brushing the hair to reduce breakage. That's an extra step ske could have applied more intentionally. However overall she did fine.

The entire experience was S-Class even before I even step foot in the spa/salon. The customer service was fantastic as was the service itself. She took her time to detangle my hair before shampoo and conditioning. She was constantly checking in to make sure I was comfortable and the entire experience was exceptional. Despite being a last minute walk in you were able to accommodate me. The stylist that did my hair was great. She was very professional and talked me through every stage of the treatment. From detangling my hair to offering after care regimen to follow in between salon visits. This has been by far the best salon visit i have had in Abuja in a very long time. I booked my next visit and recommended the salon to my sister before i walked out of the door.
