My partner and I have both been seeing Florence for over a year now, even followed them to their new salon, and every haircut is better than the last. As anyone with curly hair knows, finding a stylist you trust with your curls feels like winning the lottery and I most definitely feel like I have with Florence. I visited yesterday during my lunch break for a wash and blow dry before a wedding after work. I mentioned in my booking notes that I was on a tight schedule, but the salon was very busy, my stylist was around 10 minutes late getting started, and my 1-hour appointment ended up taking a bit longer. That said, the service was great. My hair felt lovely and looked fantastic with my dress. Overall, a positive experience and I'd definitely return, just not when I'm limited on time.
