My experience at your salon in Pontypridd today was amazing. My stylist Kelly is always friendly. Her attention to detail is fantastic and she always blowdries and curls my hair to finish. I had highlights today and I am extremely pleased with them. I explained what I wanted and they have exceeded my expectations!. Tracy was also a fantastic help. Thank you 😊

Lovely, friendly salon... such a nice atmosphere and great vibe....They even have a menu with drinks and snacks ✨️ Summa and her co-workers are all amazing and friendly. Summa did a fabulous job, a lovely toner, wash and blow-dry... Highly recommend this place.

I had a bit of an issue with my appointment but it was all sorted out quickly with a complimentary treatment. I had a different stylist in the end but I loved the outcome. Trish was super friendly, super precise with my hair cut. I really loved that about her, she ensured no stray hair was left poking out and my ends were evenly cut. I would definitely recommend Trish to anyone who needs a new style. I also love that they offer refreshments because I really needed a cup of tea and it really finished the experience.

This was hands-down the best experience I’ve ever had at a hairdresser! The staff were welcoming, and Alaan did a fantastic job with my cut and colour. He gave excellent professional advice tailored to my style and he was great to talk to (about everything!). The service was top-notch—complimentary hot drinks were included with my service, and they even give out free samples and a loyalty rewards card. Alaan made sure I was completely satisfied before I left. I'm overall very happy and will definitely be back!

After a disappointing cut elsewhere that had left my hair looking blunt and lifeless, Allan knew exactly how to fix it. He reshaped and styled it beautifully, and I absolutely love my hair now. He also did my roots and finished with an elegant, chic blow-dry. From start to finish, the service was professional, attentive and caring. Allan really listened, is incredibly talented, and clearly knows hair and what suits you. I’ll definitely be back.
