​I went into the salon convinced I needed to chop most of my length off because it felt so dry. I’ve been going to Becs for two years now, and instead of just picking up the scissors, she actually examined my hair and gave me her honest, expert advice. ​She assured me it wasn't permanently damaged—it just needed the right blow-drying technique! Becs took the time to teach me exactly which brush to use and how to blow dry it down properly to keep it smooth. She then just trimmed a tiny bit off the ends and gave me my absolute perfect straight fringe. ​Becs has my best interests at heart ❤️

Becc gave me a great cut, colour and blow dry again today. She even gave me a lovely little tutorial on how to style my bob for more volume, so lovely, she goes above & beyond every time.

I booked for a Cut and Blow dry at Bloom on a whim after finding myself in the area for a few days, and I’m so glad I did! Alice was lovely from the moment I entered the salon, she made me feel like I’d been a client for many years and was very easy to chat to. The service was great, super conversational asking if I liked the cut/style etc and checking what best products to use. If I was in the area again I would absolutely revisit Alice. Thank you so much :)

Grace — with the amazing support of Becs — completely rescued my home box-colour disaster. My hair was also beautifully conditioned with Keratin, expertly cut by Becs, and then perfectly blow-dried by Grace. I left the salon feeling so much better about my hair. Fantastic service as always!
