Chloe was amazing and she was really accommodating. She made sure I felt comfortable and talked to me through the whole process. She also offered me drinks and the hair itself turned out. Amazing and I will definitely be booking with her in the future.

Wanted a full layer but felt like the stylist was too scared to cut my hair short. Had to keep asking for a shorter cut. Overall the staff were very friendly and atmosphere was good. Tidy and welcoming. Will go back but to a more senior stylist

Amazing as ever. My daughter's second appointment for a treatment following a two part appointment to remove the braids from her hair and treat it. She left the salon extremely happy and wanted to get home quickly to show everyone. It really was teamwork as the hair glue used for the braids (elsewhere) was like super glue. It was a massive job and I wouldn't trust anyone else with her hair now other than Rich Hair.

I love coming to this salon to get my hair cut. I alwyss have the best experience, lovely girls and amazing hair 💖
