Amazing staff who were so kind and friendly doing a wash cut and blow dry for my two little girls. They were patient and made the girls feel very at ease. Great value for money also compared to other local salons. Both girls get very grown up leaving the appointment!

I had a great experience getting my hair highlighted, treated and blow-dried by Tatyana. She is able to work with ALL hair types, which is rare to see, and she is also flexible with her appointments and is very accommodating. On top of this, my hair came out perfectly, exactly as I wanted. I will definitely be back!

Mel is magic. Completely exceeded my expectations. I usually am really nervous when it comes to getting my hair done, but she made it such a wonderful experience. I felt very well taken care of. The best lamination I’ve ever had, and I’ve been going to Benefit for years getting them done! Thank you Millie, you were really good at listening to what I wanted, even when I was struggling to articulate it properly and you really helped put me at ease and reassured me. I had the LVL lashes too which I’ve never had before and agree with what you said at the end “they’re insane”! I love them! Thank you so much, I will be back :)

I was nervous trying someone new — my fine hair always gets over-cut and thinned out elsewhere! skipped the blow-dry because of the rain, got home, touched it up with my hot brush… and oh my goodness i’m obsessed. I think I finally found someone who can style my hair in the most flattering way. Perfect shape, so much lovely volume — exactly what my hair needed. thank you Lydmila! 🤍

Took my 7 year old in for a wash cut and blow today which was very reasonable at £25.00 but gave £30 with a tip. Looked great but the only criticism I had was there was no communication the whole time we were in there. When you go to a hairdressers especially in the middle of Loughton or any Essex high street you expect a friendly hairdresser that talks to you. There was no communication with me or my child for the whole appointment, just silence. I would come back again but I’d prefer to be spoken to.

AMBER IS AMAZING. I am a regular client of ambers and i genuinely trust her with my life! she is the most amazing hairdresser EVER! she makes you feel so comfortable, welcome and completely at ease. She’s so friendly, lovely and easy to talk to, which makes every appointment such a nice experience. She always listens to what I want and always makes me leave feeling amazing and so happy with my hair! I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else !
