Hair wash was below usual standard. Water ran down over my face while hair was rinsed. Girl did not tell me when she was applying conditioner and did not offer a head massage. However hair cut and styling was excellent.

This was my first express curly cut but I have been having Lottie's curly cuts for several months. Lottie's haircuts are always of high quality and she is very knowledgeable which helps with cutting and styling decisions. My hair always looks lovely afterwards. The salon has a welcoming and friendly atmosphere as well. I would highly recommend.

after experiencing a very bad hair cut at another salon 3 weeks ago. I came to Changes and Claire looked after me and made me feel human again!! She did a fantastic job and i left feeling very happy!! Also, the young lady who washed my hair was brilliant, such a deep relaxing head masage. I will definitely recommend them ☺️

Really lovely hidden gem in Hemel Hempstead, had my hair and makeup done for my wedding party and they were just so lovely, would really recommend this place

I had an amazing experience at Toni my hairdresser! The service was exceptional and very professional. I absolutely love the colour and hairstyle Toni gave me. They also provided great advice on using the right products to maintain my new look. Make sure to ask them about the best shampoos, conditioners, and styling products for your hair type and colour. It really makes a difference! Highly recommend!

Lay out different from previous visits. The hair washing area felt a bit cool but I really liked the screen with relaxing music and lovely scenery 🙂 A lovely friendly salon and great styling by Zoe

Lottie was so sweet and friendly, especially when I was unsure what I wanted. She listened to my concerns, offered options, and checked I was comfortable with what we decided on for the cut, which really suited my hair. She was excellent at styling and using techniques to get the most wave and volume out of my hair, which she explained and gave me tips for how to achieve these results at home. So happy with my cut and how my hair looks. I would highly recommend her for wavy and curly hair types, even if you're a newbie to it all like me

Lottie is always a dream and cuts my hair beautifully. But she is also kind and thoughtful. Above and beyond was made to describe her. Turned up today on crutches and a war story about surgery. Not only did suggest styling my hair in braids in readiness for the surgery but she dropped me at the bus stop so I didnt have to hobble all the way there. What a gem <3 xx
