I loved everything about my treatments from the comfort of the seat which is warm, to the blanket, the extra checking to make sure if everything is alright is top tier work. Do not hesitate she's the best in Folkestone 💖

The whole team were incredibly friendly. I needed my hair cut at short notice and they managed to squeeze me in. I had a cut and blow dry by Leigh who was super sweet, professional and did a great job. Very happy with my new bob!

It’s my first time at The Knott and honestly I can’t say enough good things about it. An amazing haircut, and the best experience. Mary Ann was so kind and chatty and talked me through everything, I’m going back to lighten my hair next week and she made the process so easy and a joy. Couldn’t recommend enough!! If you’re in Folkestone and you need anything doing to your hair, this is the place to go!

AMAZING. had the best pamper day. So well looked after by Jade and the radiance team. Took fantastic care of me and made my birthday so special. Felt like a new woman when I left! Had a wonderful massage followed by a hydrating facial anthen pedi and mani and now they do hair too. Trim and blow out for a fabulous birthday treat. HIGHLY recommend!

Fantastic, I was well looked after. My stylist was always checking in on my hair and wether I was comfortable and asking about what would like to do with my hair. I'm so happy with how my hair came out, it's my favourite colour and style yet.

Love the Knott, everyone is so friendly. I've been having my hair by Lisa since I moved to Folkestone and she never fails to do a great job. Today I decided to change up my natural colour and Lisa has done a beautiful job. Thank you!!!

Sophie is so lovely and has such an easy going and bubbly personality that she makes it so relaxing and easy to babble away to during your appointment. Her lashes last so long they even looked amazing after I had a water birth! She is so kind and has even managed to fit me in last minute a few times. She caters for exaclty what you want and the style your after and I leave my appointment so happy with how they look and feeling so confident and no issues. I Have been a loyal customer to Sophie for quite some time now and wouldn’t go elsewhere for my lashes now!! She’s amazing!

I love the new salon, makes you feel welcome right away- just like Nikki herself. I was in for a cut and blow dry of my temperamental wavy hair, and because of the way Nikki cut and dried it (using products that she had sourced for curly hair) I left with more hair than I arrived with- a head of soft, glossy curls. Extremely pleased.

I felt really welcomed into the hair studio and Hayley knew exactly what to do with my hair straight away. I needed to be told what to do with it as I never know and have never had a cut I’ve particularly liked before. The cut really suits me and my hair feels great, it’s exactly what I wanted, even though I didn’t know it. I won’t be going anywhere else from now on, and I’m so happy Hayley is setting up her own business in the centre of Folkestone!

Excellent service…from entering the front door … with polite staff! Who made me feel comfortable…offering tea/coffee … very happy with my cut and blow dry … Haley is absolutely outstanding in her job , with brilliant advice if your little unsure on your style…making you feel at ease on the hair cutting … absolutely pleased with my hair cut blow dry … feels so much healthier. All the staff were lovely and welcoming , I had a junior hair stylist and she did an amazing job . Listened to what I wanted and was happy to recut areas I wasn't sure about . I had a wash cut and blow dry and the whole experience was so relaxing. My hair felt and looked amazing afterwards .
