A fabulous experience. This was my first visit after a colour disaster. Consultation was very thorough and 2 strand tests, one for colour stripping and then the colour. Grace is friendy, professional and extremely knowledgeable. We went through again what I wanted and she looked through pictures, but also managed expectations. Grace was methodical and didn't rush anything. The end result is absolutely amazing and my hair feels soft and not damaged, having been spoilt to the best products out there. The salon itself is also relaxed and calming, all in all a fantastic experience Ill be returning

Grace was amazing! I cam in for an emergency hair appointment for my wedding. She came in early and fitted me in, fixed some previous bad work and left me feeling like a bride again! I cannot recommend enough! X

My first curly cut ever and the first time in 8 years since having my hair cut at all. I was extremely nervous, however Éloise was amazing at making me feel more comfortable and she did an incredible job on my hair! I have never been this happy with my hair and I am extremely grateful! My curls were so unmanageable before and now I feel like I can do so much more with my hair. I cannot wait for my next appointment!

This was easily the best haircut that I've ever had. I felt so comfortable and I knew I could trust Éloise to do a beautiful job and she did. My hair has never looked so lovely and it feels amazing. I've always struggled to find a salon where I feel relaxed and comfortable and now I have found one! Éloise is just an angel, she's so lovely and fun to chat to and extremely skilled. I visited Grace today, having not been to the hairdresser's for two years. Grace was really patient and friendly. She listened to my ideas and was able to offer me really helpful advice, so I could make an informed decision. Grace was able to offer helpful styling tips. I love my new hairstyle and I would highly recommend Grace to all.

Grace was fantastic! Coloured and toned my hair exactly the colour I wanted and was aupeed friendly and accommodating. Would 10000% recommend! 🤩🤩
