Marc, Kim and the team always treat me as I am part of their family. They are welcoming professional and always give me the outcome I want. I walk into the salon ready for some respite and ready for some self care, I always leave with a smile on my face and looking forward to my next pamper with them, I love my new hair cut and colour and will continue visiting to ensure I feel confident and at my best, thank you to the guilded gold team, you do much more than style and colour my hair, you increase my self confidence and self value. Never been disappointed with the service I receive at Headways, Carlisle. On this occasion I had my hair coloured by Gillian (my usual hairdresser) and as usual received great service and had great banter. The store is easily accessible via bus (62 79) or own transport. If short stay, can park immediately outside or alternatively there is Stanwix Bank Car Park within walking distance.

Regular customer who is never disappointed. Highly recommend. Easy to find on Stanwix Bank. Accesible via own transport or public transport. Great value for money. My hairdresser is Gillian but can give credit to Jane & Kelsey also for their professionalism and banter.

Fabulous. Vicki gets my colour perfect every time and the cut is brilliant, means I can easily style it at home. Lovely salon and friendly atmosphere… the coffees good too!

Great venue, excellent hairdresser. Mia uses really good hair products and knows how to colour, cut and blow dry / straighten. Reasonable prices too. I will definitely go back.

Mia is highly experienced. I wanted my grey hair coloured but Mia explained to me why it wouldn't be a good idea. I had a cut and blow dry. My hair felt so soft and the bob was cut really well. I love the results. Mia is not just a hairdresser she's an hair artist. I love my hair. Thank you Mia

First time going. Booked in for a wash, cut and blow dry with Gillian. She did a great job with my long, thick hair and I’m happy with my hair cut. Reasonably priced too. Definitely recommend

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Bethany does exactly what you ask for. I have a mass of thick, frizzy, heavy hair and Bethany is the first person to tackle it well. I can actually go somewhere after having it cut and blow dried without feeling like I need to go home and tame it with the straighteners before I can be seen in public 😃 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
