Great experience here at TriBeCa hair studio, my stylist listened to my needs and executed my blow dry the way I wanted. It was my first time in New York as I’ve travelled from London. Will come back here again whenever I’m in New York! Thank you girls! 🥰🥰

11/10 experience! This salon was clean and the staff was nice and efficient. I’ve been to many salons and this was the most thorough hair wash and scalp massage I’ve ever had. And Curly was just amazing! I had the best experience with him. He listened and took his time to get my cut as precise and perfect as possible. He also gave me styling tips and got my pin straight hair to look voluminous like I wanted. Glad I found my new go to spot, and for my cut to be under $100 with tip is unheard of in New York.

What a great experience as usual. I went in for a cut and blowdry but after arriving I decided I'd like to get highlights as well. I'm so happy with how everything turned out. My highlights are very natural and so beautiful. The color she picked compliments my skin tone and natural hair perfectly. The haircut is gorgeous. Exactly what I asked for. Fantastic! This was for a single-process hair color plus glaze. I hadn’t seen Tina in a while but she asked good questions and listened to my concerns. I walked out with shiny healthy-looking natural looking hair. The shampoo and head massage from her assistant Carlos were very relaxing. Great experience.

Jamal is professional, warm and truly cares about the health of your hair. Whenever I fly into New York, I ensure to visit his salon and the clean and welcoming environment is the cherry on top.

From Jen Aniston flowy blonde, to Khaleesi Platinum fade, to Extra Fresh Mullet, James Andersen has given me more looks than Madonna. Only one stylist in New York I trust to get me event-ready! Trust!

Jamal, and his assistant Talia, are extremely kind, utterly professional, thorough and an absolute joy with whom to spend the afternoon. Jamal is a wizard with sensitive hair, and fixed my damaged hair so that it looks and feels healthy and amazing!! It was a great blessing to find them; I only wish they were in New Jersey :-) so I shall have to go up to New York many many times in the future!!

I've NEVER written a review in my life. No cap. But Desiree's work at The Way inspired my first. My daughter's hair was always this dry, clumpy mop that took stylists 10+ hours to braid—most visits took two days. Our first visit to The Way? A haircut and 2½ hours later, we finally got to celebrate her natural curly hair. Curls just popping and locking. Beautiful. For parents with mixed kids struggling with their children's hair—this place should be shortlisted. Highly recommended and will definitely return. Thanks, Desiree and The Way!

It was a really great experience. She will guide you in choosing the set that suits your eye the most. At first I like to get a complex one but she explained how it’s gonna be hard to maintain unlike the natural ones. She was able to entertain me with bunch of talks unlike other places. As of now, i don’t feel anything poking my eye and it’s a good sign. 🫶
