The application process is comfortable, and Victoria is always gentle throughout. The final result is always stunning! My lashes look fuller and longer, giving me a glamorous yet natural appearance. Jess took the time to understand exactly what I wanted , which was a caramel balayage with a more natural look and she blended the color so beautifully giving my natural hair more dimension. Not only did she do an amazing job at my hair but my experience with Jess was very friendly- she’s a lovely talented girl !! Overall I absolutely adore my hair and it’s exactly what I asked for !!
