I had my extensions done by Charlotte yesterday and I couldn't be happier with the results! She was so professional, friendly, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the appointment. My extensions look absolutely beautiful, blend perfectly, and feel amazing. You can really tell she takes pride in her work and pays attention to every detail. I've had so many compliments already! Charlotte is amazing. She salvaged my hair from a nightmare colour a couple of years ago and now I wouldn’t trust anyone else! I walk out with an understated, yet shiny, vibrant colour and a great cut every time. Does a great cup of tea too.

I have ADHD & severe anxiety, so making & keeping a hair appointment is a huge deal for me, I was quiet during my visit and worried she might think I was being rude, but she made me feel so comfortable without any awkwardness. The atmosphere was relaxed, the music really helped, she was gentle with my hair and her service was absolutely outstanding. She gave me the best haircut I have ever had — she asked questions to see what I wanted and delivered exactly what I wanted. I cannot recommend her enough. A truly wonderful experience. My appointment with Sonia was very good, as usual, but I have a complaint about the fact we are required to pay half the cost in order to confirm the appointment. This is the first time in 40 years of coming to the hairdressers on the Cassiobury estate that this is necessary. Could this practice possibly be reconsidered ?
