My first ever visit this morning, called salon after looking on Fresha to confirm availability. Lovely lady who answered phone and booked an earlier appointment. Charlotte who did my wash, cut and blow dry was so gentle, friendly and chatty - made me feel so comfortable. Very happy with my hair. Nice atmosphere in the salon. Parking outside a bonus too!
