Had a wash and blow dry with Phoebe and had 2 Dutch braids put in as I was having major surgery the next day. The plaits had stayed put for over 3 days until I was well enough to wash my hair in hospital. really took the stress off doing my hair and having to deal with a mum bun in hospital so to wake up with styled hair made me feel so much better

​Davinder is genuinely the best Hollywood waxer ever! I felt no pain at all, which is a total game-changer. I got both my legs and Hollywood done, and she made me feel completely comfortable the entire time. As a plus-size woman, I was a bit nervous, but Davinder was so incredibly friendly, welcoming, and non-judgmental. She is a true professional and an absolute lovely person. I won't go to anyone else.

Great haircut. I was visiting Coventry from Cambridge and booked in a couple of days ago as I'd been to my local hairdressers and had a really bad cut earlier in the week. Hair Lab and House of Beauty was excellent. Thank you (my confirmation said it was with Jenny). Very happy customer. Will have to wait until my next trip to Coventry for my next haircut now!!

Been coming to this salon for over a year now, even I moved to the next town and I still come to Coventry for my beauty treatments because Shaf is so lovely, empathetic and kind hearted person. Definitely feel as though I’m in good hands, treated with respect and we always have a lovely chat together. I know she’s opening a new salon soon and I can’t wait to see how it is. ❤️

She has made my hair look lovely, Took lots of time and made the extra effort, I live in Devon But when I need a blow dry in Coventry , she is the lady if you have challenging hair .

This is the best experience I’ve had in Coventry. I’ve been a few times now to Hair Lab for hairdressing and I’ve had mani/pedi in the past too. The staff are genuinely lovely people who move heaven and earth to fit you in where they can even if you’ve walked in off the street that day. The first time I came for a haircut last year I had had a botched job somewhere else and they fixed it for me, it looked great afterwards. I’ve since returned for restyles, and most recently a perm and layers. They taught me what products to use on my new curls, and cut the layers to suit my face beautifully.

Huge thank you to Kara for doing my hair for an awards night! 💖 I turned up feeling really stressed and anxious, but Kara was so lovely and patient, and the whole salon was just gorgeous. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming that I actually managed to relax and enjoy it instead of worrying! Absolutely loved my hair and left feeling a million times better than when I arrived. Ian is fantastic, I love going for a blowdry and curl, he’s the best, it lasts me days! He’s super friendly and always has a story to tell, I enjoy my visits. The massage chairs are awesome too.
