After suffering with a non-stop headache for months I decided to take a chance and got a massage/acupuncture course from Liam over at Peak Performance. It turned out to be by far the most effective pain relief I've had since it's started. I will definitely be booking another session sometime in the near future. Thanks again.

I had my first appointment for acupuncture with amy and was a little nervous of what to expect but instantly felt at ease, consultation was very thorough and informative! Then the treatment itself was very relaxing, I felt comfortable throughout and can’t wait to continue my journey with acupuncture and other treatments that Amy has to offer I feel in very safe hands!

Went to see Amy after I’d herniated a disc. The pain had mostly eased by then, but honestly it was such a nice, calming experience. My head’s always busy, but I didn’t think about a single thing the whole time. She was really thorough, explained everything in a way that made sense, and went through my medical history to see if she could help with anything else. Already booked back in for my next appointment

Fantastic service! The sports massage felt amazing, it was also my first acupuncture experience and the whole process from start to finish was well explained, very informative and professional. I’m now looking at my calendar for my next appointment booking! Highly recommended:)

I suffered very bad pain from my right shoulder i had a treatment from Pete i will never be able to Thank Pete and Sophie enough as she managed to get me an urgent apt,Pete did his magic and it certainly was magic i had been else where for several appointments and nothing eased the pain Pete is friendly and very very good at what he specializes in I would highly recommend this gentleman and at no point did he advise me to make another appointment he advised me to see how my shoulder reacts to his treatment first this told me how genuine Pete is i will always go to Sophies Therapy Thank you.

Been to a number of therapists over the years, Liam has been the best. Pin points exact areas pain/discomfort is and gets to work on it. Has " fixed " my back on each occasion I've attended. Highly recommended

Amy is welcoming and friendly. She is very professional explaining what the treatment comprises of and always makes sure you are comfortable and warm. This is my second appointment for acupuncture and I am noticing a difference in digestive issues.

I was so lucky to nab a cancellation appointment with Amy, I'd been suffering with terrible tension in my head neck & shoulders & needed some relief, I felt super supported throughout the treatment & got instant relief from the scalp massage, I left feeling so much lighter & the tension eased over the next day or so, im looking forward to my next treatment, thank you.

I visited Sophie a few days ago whilst experiencing pain and stiffness within my hip flexors which was restricting my movement and becoming unbearable. Sophie worked her magic and released the tension enabling me to function again. I've also seen Livi with this issue and always have a fantastic outcome. Excellent service, beautifully clean clinic and incredibally skilled professionals, highly recommended.
