Today was my first visit to Warsash Therapy Rooms for a massage with Ann Alderman. The appointment was easy to book and when I arrived everything felt totally Covid safe. Ann was amazing! I am struggling with my back following an ankle fracture in February which is affecting my gait. Ann identified and worked on the areas causing my pain. As well as coming away with reduced pain, I am walking better and her lovely positive personality has also lifted my spirits. Thank you Ann! x

This has been my second visit with Warsash Therapy Rooms and both times have been brilliant. Met Nickie today who was absolutely lovely, very helpful, professional and easy to chat with. The treatment was uncomfortable but felt good and was what I needed. Thank you so much ☺️

Always feel so much freer and more flexible after my regular sports massage with Nicky. I highly recommend Warsash Therapy Rooms, their treatment has fixed my shoulder injury and I use my maintenance visits to keep it healthy.

Marcus was fantastic. He listened to my daughter’s issues with her knee and ankle and treated her with great knowledge. Constantly checking she was ok and the pressure was not too strong etc. making sure she was comfortable. Which at 14 means a lot. He informed her of the muscles and ligaments etc that could be affected/causing the issue and showed diagrams to check she understood. He sent her home with an exercise routine. Great service - we were seen the same day. Highly recommend Marcus and the team at Warsash Therapy Rooms.

So glad I found Warsash Therapy Rooms for my treatment! I had an ear syringe that was definitely needed and I felt amazing afterwards! Mandy was professional, kind and polite. I highly recommend her and I'll definitely be booking further treatments!

My appointment was for a back massage as I have been expetience lower back pain Leong worked on deep tissue around my spine, hips, pelvis, legs and gave me some exercises to help correct posture. Amazing relief. Thank you so much

Chronic neck and head pain for 15 months and received no support and understanding from GPs, yet just one, short acupuncture treatment with Penny today the pain is lifted and I have some respite. I will continue my two weekly visits with much enthusiasm and faith.

Vida is consistently good at what she does. Listening well to the person and treating them with acupuncture accordingly. I have been seeing her for quite a few years, and am convinced my quality of life is better for doing so.

Vida, the acupuncturist, who was highly skilled and knowledgeable, took the time to listen carefully to my concerns for the treatment. The needles were gently inserted at specific points on my body, and I felt a subtle sensation of energy flowing through me. I’ve also experienced a noticeable reduction in my previously chronic pain, which had been a significant concern for me. I look forward to my next session.

This was my first appointment at the Warsash Therapy Rooms. I saw Emily for physiotherapy. She listened carefully to everything I said and gave me a full understanding of my knee problem demonstrating it with a model of the knee. She has also given me some exercises to do at home and plenty of aftercare advice to help the healing process.

This was my 3rd visit to Warsash therapy rooms for treatment for planter fasciitis. The staff are friendly, easy to talk to and very knowledgeable about muscles tendons etc. I would thoroughly recommend seeing them for treatment and advice.
