Dylan is very personable and friendly. He had treated my wife’s shoulder injury over a few sessions and worked absolute magic with that so I thought I’d get an ‘MOT’ myself. Dylan was thorough, patient, and clearly knows his business. His judgement of tolerance and pain thresholds is very intuitive and nothing felt rushed or over-worked. I will be using Dylan again, of that there is no doubt. I’d highly recommend him to anyone but specifically to someone who might be carrying a strain or injury - as I mentioned the results my wife has had from her shoulder injury is amazing. Thanks mate.

I had my first session with Charn today, and I was genuinely impressed. Her knowledge of human anatomy is exceptional, and she took the time to explain what was causing my pain in a way that made perfect sense. I've been struggling with a persistent injury for over two years, and after just one session I noticed a significant improvement in both my movement and discomfort. Great Dylan was very thorough...checked for prehistory and was clear about the treatment I wanted. The massage was spot on...and has provided much relief from the intense training I've been doing

Charn was amazing. Really knowledgeable and was able to pin point the issue and get mobility back in my shoulder. She pointed out some exercises to strengthen it up and as well as gave tips on posture and correction. I will happily use again. Thank you so much

I had such a great experience with Charn at Healing Hands! She’s so warm and welcoming, and her space is absolutely gorgeous, clean and instantly relaxing. The name really does say it all because she definitely has healing hands! I’d had a stubborn knot in my back for months that just wouldn’t shift, and she really took the time to work on it. I couldn’t believe how much it loosened up after the massage I feel so much better for it! I would 100% recommend Charn to anyone looking for a PROPER sports massage. I just wish I lived closer so I could make sessions with her a regular thing! ❤️

Charn is so professional and knowledgeable, and she gives you so much information throughout the whole session. She is clearly very educated in what she does and talks you through everything step by step, making sure you understand what she is doing and, most importantly, that you feel comfortable every step of the way. I honestly have to say, the difference between how I walked into the room and how I walked out was incredible. I couldn’t be more thankful, and I genuinely couldn’t recommend Charn enough.xx
