Great first experience. The space is clean and peaceful, and the massage was exactly what I needed. Professional and relaxing throughout. Nina was very attentive and friendly, she did a great job. The staff at Roukh were extremely accommodating and welcoming which elevated the overall experience.

Had a lovely couples massage followed by some delicious tea and to our surprise a sauna experience. It was such a relaxing and lovely day, especially for my husband who doesn't typically do these type of things. He said he'd come back :) which is a very big compliment. Will definitely be booking again.

Ken was fantastic. He explained everything before the session begun so I knew what to expect. He even went in to explain about my muscle tightness and ways of stretching to relieve those areas. He is personable, professional and a very good masseuse. I've already booked in another couples massage for my husband to and I. 10/10 recommend!

Jordanne yet again took me to another dimension! I had my second lift and sculpt facial and it was just as incredible as the first. Pure luxury and indulgence for 90mins I was also lucky to have the full body lymphatic drainage massage and it was just as incredible. 1st time of having acupuncture I'm terrified of needles and kept my eyes shut whilst Paige put the needles in ,but she made me feel relaxed and at ease talking whilst this was happening again her knowledge is on another level she's like a health dictionary the difference this making in helping with my training etc is unbelievable and how she as educated me the importance on recovery and stretching . Thank you Paige your a superstar

Amazing session as always. I can now come every 5-6 weeks instead of 4 as the lower back pain I’ve suffered from for years has is finally being kept at bay for longer with these maintenance sessions. Paige is great and explains everything throughout.
