One of the best massages in London! I’ve been struggling with back, neck, and shoulder pain caused by my office work, which had been affecting my sleep for months. Excellent experience at MG Osteopathy & Sports Injury Clinic. I went in for dry needling and massage therapy due to severe neck and shoulder pain with very limited neck mobility. When I arrived, my pain level was around 9/10, and my neck was constantly aching. After just one treatment session, my pain dropped to around 2/10. By the next day, my neck felt significantly looser, more mobile, and almost completely pain-free. Highly recommend MG Osteopathy if you’re looking for effective physiotherapy treatment, dry needling, or sports injury therapy for neck and shoulder pain.

A beautiful experience from start to finish! The apothecary itself is so peaceful, and Cassie takes so much care in creating such a safe container to just 'be'. The treatment itself - acupuncture, reiki, facial massage - was exactly what I needed; on an energetic level, I floated out feeling reset and on an aesthetic level, I instantly saw (what I thought were) deep set lines had faded and my skin was lifted and glowing. Hands down the best deep tissue massage I’ve had in London. Perfect for anyone glued to a desk all day!

I’ve been looking for a London-based healer like Maria for a while. She is thoughtful, knowledgeable, and a calming presence. Her space is warm and inviting. Immediately, I felt safe in her care. I’m very much looking forward to our next session.

I had plantar fasciitis after running and the heel pain was really affecting me, especially in the mornings. I decided to try shockwave therapy and I’m very glad I did. After a few sessions the pain improved a lot and I was able to run again with much less discomfort. I’d definitely recommend MG Osteopathy to anyone struggling with persistent heel pain.

Holly was amazing, explained everything thoroughly and made me feel comfortable. I had acupuncture with sound healing and it was amazing!! I left feeling so relaxed and like my tension has disappeared. Was a great experience and I would definitely recommend it.

My first time at this salon and Nicole was very warm and welcoming. I was in intense pain in back, legs and thighs so was unable to lie comfortably in certain positions. Nicole took time to make me comfortable, using pillows for support, before she started the treatment. As soon as she started, I felt immediate relief. She got right to the root of the problem and is very knowledgeable about how muscles work. Because of the intensity of my pain, I obviously wasn't cured in one session, but the pain had lessened considerably. I will be back for further sessions and I highly recommend Nicole.

This is not the first time visiting Holly and it won’t be the last. My entire system and body softens as soon as I step into her therapy room. I always feel completely held and looked after. Her facials are more than a facial, with acupuncture, a sound bath, peels, massages and plenty more. It’s what everyone needs! My face looks so glowing after my micro needling! Had a fantastic sports massage from Rohan. I was visiting London and was unable to run due to tightness building up in my calves and foot. I got a same day appointment and Rohan quickly identified the source of the tightness and after 45 mins my legs felt transformed! He gave me some good advice on stretching/warm ups etc. to avoid the issues in future. Nice to see a female-friendly gym. Great service all round.
