This was my first sports massage, l have suffered with chronic back and hip pain for many years and more recently awful foot pain. Three days after my session all of my pain had significantly reduced and today, five days later l still feel good. I would say my pain is 80% improved which has had an amazing impact on my life, l'm not limping around work and I am sleeping at night. I would highly recommend this therapy.

Wow, I have just been to see Vicky, I go every few weeks, she is utterly amazing, I arrive like a coiled spring and walk out totally relaxed and all the pain has gone. I love my Vicky appointments !

I can't even put into words how grateful we are to Debbie for working her magic with our 6 week old baby today. We've never seen her relaxed or pain free in these six weeks, and Debbie released all of the tension she was riddled with from the labour and birth. We arrived with a chronic cryer who was almost impossible to settle, and left with a completely relaxed baby who spent the whole journey home content and just taking in her surroundings. Completely exceeded our expectations, and worth every penny!

I honestly can’t thank the Taylored Fit team enough, especially Maeve who is a miracle worker. I went there as a last resort after a viral rash on my legs left me in pain. I now incorporate my sports massage therapy into my recovery and it’s worth its weight in gold. Can’t say enough good things about this place, I wish I discovered it much sooner.

I had a craniosacral therapy session with Vicky today. I felt seen, heard and held throughout my treatment and left with some new coping strategies for managing my chronic pain. I would 100% recommend Vicky and this wonderful treatment.

I have just attended for my 3rd craniosacral therapy with Janet. I find this an extraordinary therapy, which isn't about words ( I often find professionals glaze over when you want to discuss pain/ how you feel), instead its about gentle touch which tunes into and listens to the body. While I have found all sessions incredibly relaxing, each has brought different experiences in sensation, temperature, movement, breathing and emotion. While I cannot explain this therapy I do believe I benefit so much from it due to the positive therapuetic relationship between myself and Janet. Thank you

Nathan uses a combination of hands on physiotherapy techniques and acupuncture for my very painful neck and shoulder muscle stiffness and tension. Already starting to see results, with increased lateral neck movement and a reduction in pain. I'm feeling very optimistic that this physiotherapy will allow me to return to living a normal life. Self-help exercises are also chosen, which allow me to work on my poor posture and address the underlying condition. Highly recommend.

Charlie is a very competent, professional and amiable physiotherapist. After a brief introduction to my symptoms, she used massage techniques which gave me immediate relief from pain in neck, shoulders and spine. I was given advice on exercises to improve my posture and to 're-educate' muscles. Would thoroughly recommend.

Had another rewarding visit with Nathan for sports massage and an introduction to acupuncture and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) to deal with ongoing shoulder and neck pain and limited lateral movement. Making good progress and happy to recommend as a very competent professional, with good communications skills. Felt at ease and in good hands.

Once again I can only praise Jodie for what she has done for me.My physical issue is still not fully resolved and I know it will take time.I will need further physio and have booked an acupuncture session..but not available till November..in the hope it may quicken or resolve the ongoing pain in my left leg.
