As always Kay listened to where my niggles were and found knots that I wasn’t even aware of, working on them to the point that I am now at home and pain free again. Kay also gave me some extra time and worked on my knee that I had complained about, to try and help. Always so thoughtful and clearly loves her job!

Best facial in Bristol. I am in my 60's and my skin feels young, fresh and hydrated. All her facials treatments are carefully put together. Norah is very friendly and welcoming too.

I felt secure & comfortable with Tom unfortunately in my case the acupuncture did not reduce my sciatic pain but this was probably because of a structural problem instead of a muscular one. Thank you for trying your best Pat Wilkes

Today was my third visit to see Kay. On my first visit for a back, neck and shoulder massage, Kay managed to get rid of neck and shoulder pain that I’d be struggling with on and off for 18 months! I couldn’t believe it had gone at last! I made another appointment for a month later, just in case it came back, but it didn’t so I just enjoyed the treat of a massage. Today was a full body massage, another treat - though the back pain I had before I went, has now gone. Kay is very thorough and takes time to listen to any issues and makes you feel very comfortable.

I have been coming to Roland regularly for months. I originally came due to issues with my eczema (specifically topical steroid withdrawal). Since coming my issues have improved drastically as well as my sleep, mood, stress levels and hormonal cycle. I have learnt so much about my health and acupuncture and we always have a wonderful chat. I highly recommend coming for treatment, I didn't realise quite how impactful it would be on my general health and well-being. 10/10!

This was my very 1st full body massage! ✨️ Kay made me feel at ease and very comfortable straight away 😌 she was very welcoming. Inside felt very claming and relaxed and the room smelled wonderful!
