I created Vital Health Aromatics to share my passion of nature and its gifts to heal ourselves, including essential oils which I have worked with as an Aromatherapist for more than 20 years, to promote health and well-being, and with Therapeutic massage to relieve stress and tension in the body.
I continue to update my skills with ongoing training in bodywork, Facials and Clinical Aromatherapy.
