Rylee is meticulous, gentle and very talented. Her work is fabulous and . Milly & Jin is a breath of fresh air in the nail salon scene in Brighton eg: it's not a sweat shop and the technicians are artists/craftspeople.

I’ve had 8 sessions of reflexology with Alice and each one has been great. I came in with a headache and shoulder tension and left feeling much better and pain free. Very relaxing and enjoyable.

The best massage in Brighton in my opinion. Alice makes you feel totally relaxed before the treatment’s even begun. The foot massage ‘add on’ sent me to sleep :)

Nathalie is a miracle worker! Her hot stone and deep tissue massages have worked absolute wonders in pain relief from a degenerative disc issue I have in my neck. I can't recommend her highly enough!

Just had my second massage with Alice and already the huge knot I had in my neck and shoulder has reduced and I feel so much more movement and pain relief!! So much better than relying just on analgesics. Fantastic practitioner!

The difference after my deep tissue massage is amazing. My neck is moving pain free at last. I also had my arms and hands massaged .. two areas that were incredibly tense and neglected. Highly recommended - Marion is highly skilled and intuitive :-)

I've had a really bad back, I've pulled a muscle and could barely walk. I went to see Jin for acupuncture and a massage and she's made wonders with my back. All the pain was gone, only stayed with a small tension on the injured aeria. I'm going back to her for cupping and more acupuncture. She's very knowledgeable. Highly recommend for everyone to go and see her! Thank you Jin!

Alice offers the most amazing and healing experience for both body and soul. I suffer from chronic pain and it is only through the therapeutic massages from Alice that my condition has seen improvement. I recommend the Mind and Body massage full heartedly.

Lorena is kind patient and very knowledgeable. She takes the time to discuss treatment with me, her skill is able to ‘read’ my body and what I need. I have a disability and am always in pain but after a treatment with Lorena my body always feels soothed.

I grind my teeth and was in a lot of pain. Jenny was absolutely amazing. Jenny massaged my neck, shoulders and back. I felt so much better afterwards and my pan was reduced significantly. Highly recommend
