Nathalie is a miracle worker! Her hot stone and deep tissue massages have worked absolute wonders in pain relief from a degenerative disc issue I have in my neck. I can't recommend her highly enough!

I grind my teeth and was in a lot of pain. Jenny was absolutely amazing. Jenny massaged my neck, shoulders and back. I felt so much better afterwards and my pan was reduced significantly. Highly recommend

Oh my what an incredible massage. In the past they were either painful or so soft it could put you to sleep. I came in today in a lot of pain. I left with it manageable. She even showed me some stretches to get through my transatlantic flight. I will be going back regularly.

Mark made sure I was relaxed and comfortable,explained exactly what he was doing at each stage of the massage and checked on my wellbeing constantly. I felt reassured by his approach and definitely much better after my sports massage. My mobility is easier and the pain I was in has disappeared. I can't recommend Natural Balance highly enough. Had a great myofascial massage with Lisa today after experiencing DOMS from my return to Pilates after a month away.
