These amazing therapists are so lovely and really know what they're doing. Had a great first experience here, would highly recommend checking their services out. They fit me in at the last minute and did a wonderful job. I re-booked, prior to leaving the salon. Big thanks to Marina and Patricia for their help getting my lymphatic system moving again, I saw improvements to my mobility and pain levels overnight. Thank you!

I made an appointment at Zen for long standing shoulder / neck and back issues. I elected to have dry needling of which I have had before at Zen. Kouki the lovely therapist / specialist that I see at Zen is always of the highest professionalism and skill. I walked out of the studio feeling taller and in much less pain. Tora’s massage exceeded my expectations. The clinic is clean, quiet, and beautifully set up — a perfect place to unwind. Tora took the time to ask about my pain points and tailored the session accordingly. The techniques were firm but comfortable, and I could feel knots releasing throughout the massage. His attention to detail really elevated the entire experience. I left with reduced muscle tightness, a clearer mind, and a deep sense of relaxation. I got an hour lymphatic drainage massage and a 45 minute facial tension relief massage from Miina. It was the best experience right from the start to the very end when she put a face mask on me and moisturiser after. 100% will be back to see Miina.

I had a facial massage treatment with Kumi, and I must say — I’ve had many treatments in my life, but Kumi’s is definitely one of the best! It’s gentle yet powerful, with no pain or unnecessary drastic techniques — everything feels simple, natural, and exactly as needed. I can already see myself becoming a VIP very soon! I got off the treatment table feeling extremely refreshed:)

Every time I come here for a massage I leave thinking “this was the best massage I have ever gotten” , I don’t know how but each experience exceeds expectations from the previous time! All the staff are very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Each therapist has a unique technique , which hits the spot every time. I get really bad lower back pain and upper back pain , and all my muscles get very tight. When I come to Zen I leave feeling like every knot has been loosened and I am pain free. Thank you!
