Sugar Beauty never ever disappoints! Top tier service, I always get my lashes, armpits and eyebrows waxed by them and let me tell you, the relaxation, the service, atmosphere, customer friendly is 10/10.. they are the best beauty bar in the entire Ottawa GTA. The best wax I’ve ever gotten!!! She is highly educated, professional, and knowledgable. It’s very evident that she loves this industry. Barely felt any pain. Her studio is to die for; super comforting, and elegant,!! You can tell she put a lot of love into the design and decor; every element has a meaning. When I went for my waxing appointment I was nicely greeted when I came in. The big room is bright and clean and mainly there is not a bad strong smell of nail polish! The small room where I received my service was very clean and comfortable. Lily was professional, respectful, agreeable and very pleasant. She made sure that I was comfortable during the service. Indeed a very positive experience. I will definitely go back and try other services offered at that location.

Sugr Sugr is the only place I trust with my waxing services. She makes you feel comfortable as soon as you arrive. She’s quick and efficient. Her products are of great quality. Don’t think twice about booking with her, she’s a pro at what she does!

Samantha is the owner of Sugr Sugr. I visited her today at the Merivale location for a full Brazilian sugar wax, and she was great. My first visit was a great experience, but it was my first time, so it did hurt a bit. However, I had an acceptable pain tolerance during the service. With the mask on afterward, it had a cooling sensation, which felt nice. She is nice, kind, and caring towards her clients (e.g., asking me if I am doing okay during and after the service). I will come back to see her for her waxing or sugar services at either this location or her Westboro location.

Had my entire upper torso waxed. Briar made the experience bearable. Briar is efficient, thorough and quick. She also has a very nice and sunny disposition. I would very much recommend for anyone that is considering getting waxed. Thanks, Briar. I will be back.

My husband booked this for me as a mother's day gift and it went amazingly! I had Lisa as my nail tech and she was great. Her massages were to die for (especially on my swollen pregnant feet) and she did great with the application. It was my first time here, but ill be returning!
