This was my first time meeting Georgie & having a head spa treatment and I can’t wait to book another one! Georgie is really welcoming & she talked through what to expect during the treatment. The treatment was one of the most relaxing treatments I’ve had. I added a blow dry onto my booking which just completed it and I’m feeling relaxed going into the week ahead!

This is the best salon in Stourbridge, by FAR!! I’d never go anywhere else. Tom makes you feel relaxed, comfortable, and he knows how to make your hair fabulous!! I can’t recommend enough 🩷

My experience at Emma Victoria was amazing as always from start to finish. She listens to your requirements and offers her expertise. I never go to any other hairdresser she is very pleasant and amazing.

Had the most amazing experience with Jo today 🤍 I went in for a lymphatic drainage and Korean lash lift and honestly couldn’t be happier with the results. Jo was so down to earth, really chatty, and made me feel completely comfortable. You can tell she genuinely knows her stuff she explained everything so well and it felt like I was in such safe hands. I mentioned I’d been struggling with really knotty shoulders and she even took the time to give me a mini shoulder massage, which was SUCH a lovely touch and made a huge difference Thankyou!

The whole salon is very welcoming and Jess was Lovely, she listened to everything and offered good sound advice. And she was warm and easy to talk to I am so pleased with the haircut and styling I have had a consultation for a colour and I am going again in April. Can’t wait to have another haircut by Jess at this salon

I had the best experience getting my brow lamination and LVL lashes done by Becci! Her attention to detail is incredible and she took so much care to make sure everything looked perfect. She also made me feel so comfortable and relaxed throughout the whole appointment, which made it even more enjoyable. Today I had a cut and blowdry with Phoebe. It was a lovely relaxing atmosphere in the salon which is just on the ring Road in Stourbridge. Phoebe and Tom are so welcoming and they know what they are talking about when it comes to hair. My hair looks and feels fantastic. Thank you so much. See you in January 😊

What a gorgeous service! I don’t have any significant scalp concerns but wanted a good cleanse and to relax and wow did Georgie deliver. My hair and scalp has never felt so clean and soft, and the whole experience was total zen from start to finish. I genuinely don’t think I’ve felt so relaxed in years. Thank you 💕
