From the first appointment, my son has felt really comfortable with Laura. He sits and chats away as though they’ve been friends for years. He’s always been anxious about going to the hairdresser because he finds the clippers can hurt his head, but we’ve never had that issue here. Laura is patient, friendly, and makes the whole experience relaxed. We always leave happy with the haircut and the service. Highly recommend.

So happy to have found this hair salon. Steph is really lovely. This was my first visit. She made me feel really comfortable and the salon is so calm. Steph listened to my requests and made sure she fully understood what I wanted. She cuts with a razor and takes time to ensure the cut is even and thinned where needed and styled beautifully. I'm so happy with my haircut and have rebooked.

Loved my visit to The Head Spa! I suffer with Sebhorrheic Dermatitis and so this was the perfect excuse for a cleanse to remove all the build up on my skin, and even from only a single session there was a noticeable difference between my before and after photos (so satisfying!) The space is perfect and Georgie is so professional (and I especially felt in safe hands considering you are equally a hairdresser and so understood the impact on hair) Thanks so much for a relaxing treatment (and massage!) and caring about my ongoing scalp health by equipping me with the right maintenance products x

Chloe did my hair last year and I had her again this today. She remembers that I can not hear (Deaf) and is very accommodating. Trying to achieve long hair goals for next year and I feel that my hair is healthier than ever with her advice and guidance. This salon is always fully booked so that is a sign of good haircuts! At least I've managed an appointment today :) I was so pleasently surprised of how long my hair is as I don't usually straighten it. Thank you Chloe

Well after moving out of the area and stupidly thinking I could find a local hairdresser to match Helen’s abilities oh boy did I get that wrong. I returned back to helen with horrible roots and a terrible haircut. In the space of an hour and a half she had transformed me. Helen is a fantastic talented hairdresser and I will not be going anywhere else ever again. Thank you so much Helen xxx

This was my first time using this hairdresser's, and my experience was brilliant. Sam was really welcoming and lovely. She listened to what I wanted and did an amazing job. She offered me a drink, and we had a wonderful chat. I would definitely recommend this hairdresser's, and Sam did an amazing job on my hair and offered good advice on products to look after it. This is the best salon in Stourbridge, by FAR!! I’d never go anywhere else. Tom makes you feel relaxed, comfortable, and he knows how to make your hair fabulous!! I can’t recommend enough 🩷

Made to feel welcome as soon as I stepped into the salon.. Liv introduced herself and discussed my hair cut . We chatted throughout with Liv checking about aspects of my hair cut all the time. Pleased with my haircut and have booked a return visit.

Today I had a cut and blowdry with Phoebe. It was a lovely relaxing atmosphere in the salon which is just on the ring Road in Stourbridge. Phoebe and Tom are so welcoming and they know what they are talking about when it comes to hair. My hair looks and feels fantastic. Thank you so much. See you in January 😊
