Had my first appointment with Rich, primarily to address long term chest muscle issues. Rich knew exactly what needed doing and not only gave a great sports massage, he was also a pleasure to talk too, resulting in a 1hr session going very quickly. My chest felt much better, immediately afterwards and Rich gave me some pointers re. regular exercises. I highly recommend Farnborough Sports Massage & I look forward to visiting again! I have been a client of Rich's for nearly 10 years now. He has been amazing the entire time and has taken more courses along this time in order to up skill. This has benefitted my health issues and my musculoskeletal needs due to chronic health problems no end. I literally can't function without his expertise. Can't recommend this service enough. Bespoke and tailored to your individual needs, and great banter. 11/10 highly recommend.
