I had the 1 hour head in the clouds treatment and from the moment I got there to the end of the treatment, Maddie made me feel fully relaxed and calm. The entire experience was honestly incredible and 100% worth it! My hair now smells and feels amazing and is so soft and my face is glowing after the facial. I highly recommend this treatment with Maddie to anyone looking to relax and unwind. I will definitely be back again!!

I received a voucher for a “Head in the Clouds” treatment and it was truly amazing from the moment I arrived and met Maddie, she made me comfortable and welcome and honestly this is one of the best beauty treatments I have ever had it was perfect, I could literally feel myself melt onto the bed and relax like I haven’t done in a while, thank you so much I will definitely be returning!!

This was by far the most relaxing spa experience.have chosen the head in the clouds pure indulgence package was 1hr 15 minutes of pure enjoyment and full relaxation in this new beautiful Japanese style head spa in Surrey Lovely Maddie has walked me through all the steps, made me comfortable and relaxed before we started. Maddie is very professional and polite. I would never go anywhere else for my treatments the facials are so relaxing and has made such a difference to my skin. Would 100% recommend I’ve had LVL brow wax body wax and lymphatic drainage massage too and all the treatments are carried out to a high standard! Maddie is the best is the business🤍✨
