Rosie has an exceptional skill of knowing what is needed to bring bodies and souls back into balance. I find her to be challenging to the right degree, empathetic and holds the space to explore emotions safely. Both times I have been have felt intense and exactly what I need. I more fully understand what I need to do through the work we are doing.

Charlotte was very inviting,Relaxing environment, friendly, attention to detail, didn't feel rushed would highly recommend and can't wait to try out the other services that are on offer.
