Turns out what I really needed was a deep tissue massage and I will be coming back for one of those! The candle massage was relaxing and the therapist really looked after me and made me feel so much more relaxed and limber. 10/10

Had the Signature Facial with Maria at SkinTouch Crystal Palace and it was amazing. The salon is calm, clean and really relaxing. Before starting, Maria talked me through every step of the treatment so I knew exactly what to expect and could fully switch off and relax. She was friendly, professional and made the whole experience feel really comfortable. My skin felt great afterwards. Highly recommend!

Hands down THE BEST NAIL shop in SOUTH EAST LONDON! If you’re anything like me and are a perfectionist this is the place to go! The attention to detail is far beyond anything I’ve ever experienced before. My nails always get so many compliments and I am forever recommending this place. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming. They are artists when is comes to nail art, perfect french tips and have amazing new colours to always choose from!

Sometimes in a spa large swathes of the male body are ignored by a female therapist, but this was not at all the case here. My body scrub was excellently thorough. I combined my treatment with a 25 minute back massage. Often with a body treatment like a scrub, the accompanying massage is little more than a spreading of cream to rehydrate the body. I was very pleasantly surprised at how good this massage was – a good firm pressure to sort out the knots in my shoulders, neck and lower back. This is the best facial I've ever had ANYWHERE. Carla manages to combine a pharmaceutical grade facial with a spa like relaxing experience that is unmatched. From the hot eucalyptus scented towels and heated bed, to using high end products you'd see at your medspa, it literally is the highlight of my month! I'd be here every week if I could.

Wonderful experience, it was great to finally find a peaceful location in London with no background noise. Nancy’s gives a powerful massage and was really helpful giving knowledge towards my injury. I had a quick facial and some of my wrinkles have gone! I will be booking again ❤️❤️

Had the best facial with Char at her Beauty Lab. She’s so welcoming and makes you feel comfortable right away. She explained everything, checked in the whole time, and my skin felt amazing when I left — super glowy and refreshed. The space is really clean and relaxing, and you can tell she genuinely cares about what she does. Already looking forward to my next appointment. Highly recommend Char if you’re thinking about booking!

I have been going to this salon for a year and it’s wonderful. It is the same care that you can find in Brazil, everyone is polite, professional and friendly. They offer you drinks and pay attention to details! The nail art is perfectly done, the waxing is fast and smooth, the pedicure and manicure are very relaxing ! Best one I’ve been to in London yet !

Amazing deep tissue and sports massage—honestly one of the best I’ve had. Mangala really knows what he’s doing, finding all the right spots and working through tension with real precision, but without it ever feeling rushed. It struck the perfect balance between firm, targeted work and leaving me feeling properly relaxed and looser afterwards. Couldn’t recommend him enough, and I’ll definitely be booking in again in three weeks’ time!

I recently had a massage here and overall it was a very positive experience. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing from the moment I walked in, with soft lighting and soothing music that helped set the tone. The therapist was professional and took the time to ask about any areas of tension or discomfort before starting. I’m from Romania and I came to London just to visit my sister. I honestly didn’t have much expectation because I always do my treatments back home and I’m very used to how things are done there. But this salon really surprised me. The care, the details, the way they work, everything felt very professional and nice. I didn’t expect to like it this much. When I left I was thinking that I wish we had a place like this in Romania. If I lived here I would 100% come back. I really recommend it.

This is my second time having dermaplaning and micro needling with Natalie. The treatment and results are great but it’s also all the other little things that Natalie does which truly makes it a non-negotiable. The cooling face mask, the ice globes and the hand massage are so relaxing and luxurious. I step out feeling like a new woman aesthetically and mentally! She is obviously knowledgeable and passionate, explaining why she is doing everything. Would again recommend and return!
