Very relaxing and calming from the offset. The team were welcoming and made you feel at ease. It was my first experience of a full body massage and Nicky made sure that i was comfortable and was very accommodating. The spa itself was lovely and clean, and although small, it gave an intimate and cosy feeling which was great. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be returning :)

It is quite literally my favourite spa to visit. You feel like you’re stepping into another world, though it’s right on my doorstep. The heated massage tables are absolute bliss and help me relax even more. Holly always gives a fabulous massage and this time I indulged in a facial. Great explanation of what products would be used after discussing my skin type and even gave me some free samples to try at home. I love that there was no pressure to try and force the products on me. Can’t wait for my next visit. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

It was absolutely wonderful. Just what I was hoping for, very relaxing and peaceful. I thoroughly enjoyed the head massage and the smells of the oils and products were amazing!

A very lovely Treatment relaxing and beneficial to my well being thankyou Holly loved the shoulder arm massage my lower back is feeling great too Legs felt so much lighter when I walked out. Just felt it was cut short a bit as I thought I had booked the ultimate aromatherapy experience 1hr 30mins but seems I had the hour long one never mind face gets it next time haha Thanks again as always love what ever I have at the reading rooms.

I was invited to try the Nourish HeadSpa at ILO HeadSpa in Lewes and it was amazing. Hannah is so calm and skilled, using just the right pressure with tools like a jade comb and scalp exfoliant. The treatment included a deep cleanse, serums, conditioning mask, and finished with a soft blow-dry. The spa is beautiful and serene. I left feeling completely relaxed. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a luxurious, calming experience!

My friend nominated/won me a gift card through a giveaway for a 70 minute nourishing head spa and I managed to go today. It was a lovely experience start to finish. Very relaxing, professional and all round amazing experience! The products used smelt devine, my hair was left so so soft and I left feeling very relaxed. Extra added bonus Hannah had air conditioning in the salon in this extreme heat! Thank you again Hannah. I will be recommending Hannah to all my friends and family.

Very professional and lovely women... the treatment was very relaxing and was my first time getting a Japanese head spa treatment.. it was amazing.. she's got a very soft and nurturing touch that puts you right at ease and applies just the right pressure for you! Overall great experience and would definitely recommend!

This is my 4th visit at Ilo Head Spa and today I got to experience the new facial massage together with a dry head spa and it has just become my new favourite. Hannah is a natural and I have left feeling relaxed, restored and grounded. Highly recommend.

Dani located & worked on my problem areas in my shoulders & back. Great pressure. I will not leave it so long next time. Didn't realise how much I needed it.
