I always have amazing massages at Waterloo Wellness, and leave feeling very relaxed. Sammie is the BEST - the best massages I’ve ever had! The room is always so calming and relaxing with oils, spa music and water trickling. The bed is heated and very comfortable, I’ve had to stop myself dozing off a few times! I will continue to visit Sammie and can’t wait to book my next visit. Thank you!

I just had an amazing facial for my dry skin and spots! It was so relaxing and my skin looks and feels amazing. Claire is also super friendly and welcoming. Definitely will be trying to make this a monthly thing! Thanks Claire 😊

Had a great massage 💆‍♂️ with Sammie today, Hot ☀️ day so Sammie put the air conditioning on and asked me if I was comfortable and asked me if I had a music preference before starting the massage, Sammie tailores the massage to your needs asking if the pressure is ok and if you have any areas that need work, mine is always my shoulders, the massage was amazing so relaxing a totally five star treatment ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ava was truly incredible , it was my first time having a Japanese head spa and it was an amazing experience - would highly recommend. Ava ensured I was comfortable and I came out feeling like I was walking on clouds. I can’t wait to go back again.

Hope made me feel completely at ease. She was very welcoming, talked me through what she was doing and gave advice when asked. She checked what colour I like my eye lashes and brows done without just assuming. Lovely, relaxed treatments carried out to a high quality.

Randomly found Claire on Instagram and after seeing the videos she posted of facials I knew I had to book one! I messaged Claire to let her know i was struggling with my complexion whilst breastfeeding, she went above and beyond to look into suitable treatments and even added a bespoke facial to her booking site. Claire was so friendly and her treatment room is so relaxing, the facial itself was just what I needed, so relaxing and my skin feels amazing, will definitely book again.

Another Great sports massage, Claire takes time to make sure you're massage is tailored to exactly what you need by asking you before she starts if you have any injuries or niggles and spends time to work on that area asking you if the pressure is ok, getting you a drink before your massage and asking you if you have a music preference, I would give Ten stars if I could ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had the pleasure of being a model for Claire today. What a tremodoues experience I had. I was told at the beginning what was going to happen. I was asked if I had any target areas of pain, which where treated.I was shown at home exercises that would help me to maintain some strength. Claire explained a few posiblities that could be causing me the pain.I will definalty be back again very professional exeprince.

This was my second laser eyebrow tattoo removal appointment and I’m delighted with the result and looking forward to going back in September to have them corrected by Alex.
