Lovely relaxing atmosphere in the spa. Came in for a Swedish massage, Hayley was fantastic, left feeling much more relaxed.

Had both a full body hot stones and an hours Indian head massage by Caitlin and it was absolutely fantastic. Melted all my stress and tensions away. I’ve so relaxed since and I know I will get a great sleep tonight. I booked my next appointments before I left! Highly reckomwnt Caitlin and Parl West Spa. I recently returned to Park West Spa, and once again, Emma delivered an exceptional experience. She truly has magic hands—her skill, intuition, and attention to detail make every treatment feel both deeply relaxing and genuinely restorative. Emma is not only an outstanding massage therapist but also a warm and welcoming professional. From the moment you arrive, she creates a calm, comfortable atmosphere with her polite and friendly manner. Her genuine care for her clients really shines through, and it makes all the difference. Four of us went for a spa day and honestly loved it. We’d been before and had such a good time we had to go back – and this time was even better with the new spa facilities. We all had facials and back/neck/shoulder massages which were amazing, and the whole place was just so relaxing. Staff looked after us really well from start to finish. Such a great day out, we’ll definitely be back again!

Treatments were amazing, possibly the best b/n/s massage I’ve ever had. They can sometimes feel quite rushed but this was really relaxing and didn’t feel rushed at all. As always, I will return to parkwest spa

I had a lovely relaxing time at Park West Spa. Stacey made sure I was warm and comfortable before she began my back massage. The whole visit was subwrb from start to finish. In fact, Stacey had to gentle wake me when it was all over! I've already booked in for next month 👍

Amazing - myself & my partner had treatments for 2 & really enjoyed our experience from start to finish. We both had back, neck & shoulders massages along with arm & hand massages which were great. It was so relaxing & we both left feeling amazing! I’m also pregnant & in my 3rd trimester, so was a bit anxious for a massage however they made me feel so relaxed & at ease. They were so accommodating & made me felt comfortable throughout by checking in on me. I wish I had booked myself in for one sooner! We will definitely be back for more.

I had a lovely morning at the spa I got a back neck and shoulder massage and it was so relaxing both the girls I had were really friendly and made me feel really welcome into the spa. It wad my 1st time here today and I will be back again for some more treatments in the future .

Claire was really friendly and made me feel comfortable and relaxed right away. I love my gel nails and the neck and shoulder massage was amazing, I could feel my muscles unknot and relax throughout. Highly recommend!

Firstly the Spa was stunning and cozy at the same time. Service was great, staff were so attentive and friendly. Claire was also fantastic! Her massage and foot rub were so relaxing, she was just lovely. I’ll definitely be back. Would highly recommend

Sharon was absolutely incredible! Made me feel at ease straight away. This was the best massage I've ever had, genuinely. The sensory experience and mindfulness made it so unique. She also took the time to find out what I would like to get from the treatment and implemented this beautifully. I. left feeling lighter, less tense and way more relaxed. Shall definitely be back!

I came for a facial and back neck and sholder massage it was so relaxing and ava was lovely. She talked me though everything and ask about my skin and if I had any issue would 100% recommend park west for anyone to try .

I found the spa welcome was great. They talk to you about how you are and remember it on the next visit. They are friendly inviting and helpful. They ask what you want and do what you ask. I have had a great deal of massages elsewhere and I cannot recommend this Spa highly enough for how good they are at the price they charge.
