I had the most amazing time at Glow Haven! Jo was so friendly and welcomed us when we arrived. We had access to the jacuzzi, sauna, ice bucket, relaxation areas and hammock. The surroundings were tranquil and the wind chime was a relaxing touch. We loved the Koi pond - plus Jo's tortoise in the background. Two hours went so quickly! The shower and relaxation room were nicely decorated and very, very clean. We will definitely be returning for one of Jo's spa packages - I'm eager to try one of her massages and taste some of her delicious food! Highly recommend!

A wonderful session with use of the sauna and hot tub - a relaxing way to spend a morning. Great sharing platter for lunch - we went for the cheese and meat board, really yummy! Also had a facial that left my skin feeling so soft and looking great - even my husband noticed! Thank you so much for a wonderful time

Glow Haven Retreat is nothing short of pure relaxation in idyllic surroundings. The attention to detail and cleanliness was second to none. After spending two relaxing hours in a perfect location I know this will become a regular place for me. Highly recommend

This place is a hidden gem, set in beautiful surroundings it is so peaceful and serene. The experience was just wonderful from start to finish. Natural products, a brilliant set up, wonderful therapist who puts you at ease and has your relaxation as their top priority, I cannot fault it at all. We will be going back for sure! Top marks

What a wonderful addition to the area. Jo has created the most relaxing oasis hidden away just outside of Canterbury. Being able to have the facilities for your own exclusive use is such a luxury and really added to the overall experience. I came for two hours just to use the facilities but will definitely be coming back to try out the various packages soon. I’d highly recommend this to anyone.

I have come home feeling so relaxed and chilled. Joanne is lovely and welcoming, and nothing was too much trouble for her. The whole setting is such a beautiful tranquil haven, relaxing in the hot tub with the hushed silence of nature, a few feet away from the gentle hum of water flowing in the fish pond. The relaxation lounge beautifully compliments the natural surroundings,an extremely comfortable couch to relax on with a great selection of herbal tea’s at your hands. Topped off with a steam in the sauna, then refreshed with the cold water bucket. I’m looking forward to returning.

Glow Haven is an absolutely GEM. Beautifully designed, tastefully executed, a serene and peaceful location with all the amenities. The exclusivity is a lovely touch and makes you feel completely relaxed. The back, neck and shoulder massage was lovely, the hot tub was a perfect temperature and the sauna was gorgeous. Relaxing in the beautiful garden hammock and listening to the water in the pond was delightful. This is truly a special treat and we will definitely be back! Thank you so much Jo

Jessica has been so friendly while remaining professional. I absolutely love how my eyebrows have turned out and really enjoyed my time at the studio. It felt like having a chat with a friend while also having a treatment done. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience or better result. 5* All round, highly recommend!

The set up is absolutely wonderful. It’s tranquil, quiet and ever so relaxing. I was fortunate enough to have a gift voucher and treated myself to a Full Body Massage which was incredible. I walked away feeling very relaxed. The perfect spot to unwind. Thank you for a lovely morning.x

We had such a relaxing morning at Glow Haven Retreat and will definitely be back! The whole experience felt so peaceful, especially having the place completely to ourselves rather than competing for space in the hot tub like you often do at larger spas. The lounge was lovely, with a really comfortable sofa, a shower room, and tea-making facilities, making it easy to settle in and unwind. The hot tub with its powerful jets was fantastic, and the sauna with a view was something I’d never experienced before—it overlooked the beautiful garden, which made it feel even more special.

Glohaven was absolutely wonderful. From the warm welcome from Joe to the immaculate cleanliness of the site, every detail had clearly been thoughtfully considered. The beautiful surroundings created such a relaxing atmosphere, and everything was explained clearly on arrival. The sauna itself was fantastic, and the view from inside is one of the best we’ve ever experienced. We had such a peaceful and enjoyable session and will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

Absolutely stunning grounds perfect for relaxation. Jo was the kindess and most attentive host. The lodge was well equipped and so comfy aswell as beautifully decorated. The hot tub was the perfect place to unwind whilst listening to the rustling trees, calming water features and sounds of the chimes. The sauna and cold bucket was a brilliant experience, so invigorating and refreshing. The privacy and having sole use of the facilities was perfect, so much better than sharing with strangers in a chain run spa. Overall- would highly recommend to anyone and will be returning very soon 100%.

Glow Haven exceeded every expectation. It felt like stepping into a peaceful hideaway far removed from everyday life. The retreat itself is thoughtfully designed. The serene living area offers herbal teas, biscuits and everything you need to unwind. We began in the hot tub, wandered between the sun loungers, the glass‑back sauna overlooking the garden and the shaded hammock. We braved the cold shower and even the freezing bucket of water. Afterwards, we indulged in pizzas and birthday cake. All delicious. The 2hour exclusive session was refreshing and tranquil. We will be returning soon!

My self confidence is through the.roof, and I can't wait to show my brows off once they have healed. The most quintessential setting. So serene, peaceful, and relaxing. Joanne was so attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a restful, and revitalising visit. The back and arm massage has helped my back pain lessen, and I feel I can move more. I will definitely be returning again. Love the decor too, and the hammock is a perfect final touch. Thank you!
