I've been coming here for infrared sauna and red light therapy for over a year, and it has become a vital part of managing a chronic illness. Ellie is amazing—kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and always welcoming. As an anxious person, she made me feel completely at ease from day one, and it truly feels like a home from home. The facilities are lovely and relaxing, and the treatments have been incredibly beneficial. I can't recommend Ellie and her business highly enough.

I had such an amazing treatment with Bori. I’ve been carrying a lot of stress and tension in my body due to some personal things I’ve been going through, and I really needed the time to relax and switch off. Bori was incredibly caring and professional, and the treatment helped me completely unwind. I left feeling so much lighter, calmer and more relaxed. This was my first massage at Montra Massage and Nisa made me feel completely at ease. She was warm, friendly and quickly identified the areas where I was holding the most tension. She recommended a combination of hot stones and cupping to target the deep knots, and the treatment felt tailored to exactly what my body needed. I left feeling relaxed, and much less tense. I would definitely recommend Nisa and will be returning!

My fiance and I had a lovely couples massage at Euphoria. I was a repeat customer, and it was his first time. We both left the appointment feeling relaxed and restored. One of the best intuitive massages I've ever had.... when you have EDS (abnormal connective tissue) receiving body work that actually feels releasing, relaxing and healing is a true bonus. Will be booking every 2 weeks, you don't realise how much you need it until you feel the release. Thank you

Montra Massage & Spa deserves a solid 5 stars! The atmosphere was serene, with calming decor and music. My massage was fantastic. Nisa is very a skilled therapist with great technique, she's always warm and professional. Great value, easy booking, and I’m already excited to return. Highly recommended.

My 1 hour Thai Sports massage experience at Euphoria was wonderful. Professional staff in a , clean, relaxing and beautiful studio, that feels elevated, but not stuffy. It was an excellent massage at a price you can't beat. I moved to the UK a year ago and have been looking for a regular massage spot in my new home - and I think it's safe to say I found it! I'll definitely be booking at Euphoria again, and I think I'll go for the 90 minute next time.

I had a HydraFacial with Laetitia and it was honestly one of the best treatments I’ve ever had. My sister and I had truly beautiful, relaxing and calming experience and the same can be said about the environment. Ellie made us feel so very comfortable and safe. Her and Claire’s kindness was deeply appreciated as my emotions took a hold of me and tears flowed. Claire did the most amazing foot and leg massage. Ellie was so attentive to our needs and nothing was too much trouble. So looking forward to my visit next month. I was treated like a VIP, had the infrared sauna and RLT with the ORA sound, on my own in a clean, spacious and therapeutic cubicle with the right settings suited to my bodily needs. The whole place is well thought of in accordance with anything natural and holistic healing. I left feeling at peace and joyful. Will come back and I highly recommend.
