I booked thru their web link, response admin was very fast. Staff semua extremely polite & friendly. My therapist, Tina — her massage was really good, mmg kena kt setiap pressure points. Therapist pn x bnyk berborak tp dorg sgt mesra. I am surprised — svc kat sini memang honestly the best compared to other spas I’ve been to. First time rasa relaxed during a massage sampai tertidur. Badan rasa ringan & refreshed after the treatment. Spa ni cantik sgt & very calming, and we were also served a complimentary drink. My favorites are the Javanese Massage and the Backache Relief Massage—they are absolutely the best! The therapists are highly skilled, professional, and know exactly how to relieve muscle tension. The staff is very friendly. I brought mom with me. The traditional massage is appropriate for elder and smooth for me. The sauna and steam room are spacious. Jacuzzi also nice and clean. Overall great and superb. Wish to come and repeat.

The therapist was there to receive me. She is very efficient and straight away took me to the treatment room and start off immediately. Her face massage is nice and relaxing. The facial treatmemt itself is surprisingly comforting, refreshing and overall, relaxing. My face was sunburnt, and after the facial, I feel my face soften and feel much relaxed. Will procure some products here and continue my facial treatment here.

I had the wonderful experience! The staff were welcoming & the massage therapist was incredibly skilled. I left feeling completly relaxed, refreshed and fully satisfied with the quality of their service. That's why i always repeat the chiffon package and request the same theraphist ❤️ However, the spa's facilities could use some improvement. In particular, the water pressure was quite weak, and increasing it would greatly enhance the overall comfort and experience. With a bit of upgrading in this area, the spa has the potential to offer an even more enjoyable for all guests.

Excellent experience! The massage session with Dayana was the best I have had so far, even compared to therapists from other popular spa chains. She was extremely attentive and genuinely cared about ensuring I felt relieved and comfortable throughout the session. Her knowledge of bodywork and ability to identify tension points were truly impressive. I left feeling much better and completely relaxed. I will definitely return for another session with Dayana.
