I went for a facial spa and deep tissue massage and I loved it. My therapist , Nabilah was very professional and would communicate and explain to me what she was going to do (and no hard-selling). I felt so relaxed and really enjoyed my facial and massage with her. My skin felt great after and I would for sure go back for another facial.Highly recommended.

Had the best experience at Lash Out Loud with Abby! I treated myself to a facial, manicure, and waxing, and honestly, everything was perfect. Abby was amazing—so nice and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. The place itself has such a relaxing vibe, and I felt totally pampered. My skin feels so refreshed, my nails look great, and the waxing was super smooth. Highly recommend this spot if you want to unwind and get some top-notch self-care!

Recovered from a week of chronic nerve inflammation and came in just to have a relaxing massage. I was so fresh after 1.5 hours. Have always come here monthly and my monthly self care has never been better

Great experience at Hera Beauty Spa! I had the Queen Mani & Pedi, facial, and face massage. The service was great and the staff were friendly. The environment was clean and relaxing. Definitely recommended if you want to pamper yourself.

My very first time doing Mandi Bunga and I am so happy with the results! Really recommended to a beginner, this spa is muslimah friendly so not to worry. Definitely will repeat again again and again. My go-to monthly treatment place. Great service, relaxing, no upselling at all, peace and quiet just like how I like my treatments to be. I have a set lash keratin routine with Lash Out Loud, now adding more treatments as my monthly me-time session.See you again next month.

My go-to place monthly lash lift mainly and massage as well. Very calm. The beautician is professional, no hard selling. I want to have a the treatment to relax, I got exactly that! Love this place!

Did the monthly Keratin lash lift that I like. This is my third time doing it in Lash Out Loud. Their Keratin Lash lift lasts up to 4-5 weeks for me (usually can last up to 8 weeks for other people) and I love that the lady was calm and quiet. Tried the one-hour massage for the first time. Massage lady was professional and the whole session was just calm, I felt relaxed and she asked if it was the right pressure or if I was comfortable. I fell asleep (shows how comfortable). Might consider more massage sessions here.
