It was relaxing from the moment I walked in. The aesthetics were great and comforting. The music selection was also detailed for the setting. Lorette is excellent at what she does. Unfortunately the new set up is very clustered and the noise from the other side of what use to be the lobby area is distracting from your spa treatment and it’s difficult to block it out. Think u should reconsider your space ..

Went in for my regular service (Brazilian) and added a brow wax at the end also. She was able to accommodate me. Let me just say that was the M O S T relaxing brow wax I’ve ever experienced! She took her time and I was so close to falling asleep. Michelle is really great at what she does. I’ll give her high praises every-time because she never disappoints. Thank you Michelle❤️

At first, I didn’t know what to expect. After arriving and meeting the masseuse, I felt at ease. The atmosphere was relaxing and tranquil. Firstly, I was informed of what the session entailed and asked a few health questions. I must say that the session was professional, expertly carried out, comfortable, and thorough. I am happy and satisfied that I made the choice to have the Thai Massage. I will definitely be back, and I have already recommended the services to others.

I was so blessed to find Phylicia in Nassau as she was my waxer in Freeport years ago. As always, she is pleasant, gentle, and helps you relax so that you can enjoy the experience (as much as possible with waxing lol). Her environment is also clean and soothing. Absolutely recommend her 100%

The Spa room is immediately relaxing. Kae is lovely and knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions about my aches, pains and knots and gave lots of advice about what I can do to help with the pain and to prevent it. The massage was excellent 😩 it felt soothing, relaxing and all my kinks and knots were worked out. 10/10 would recommend. ☺️ Tips: Come early so you can chill in the cute, cosy lobby with a glass of wine and enjoy the beautiful beach view from the balcony.

Wow! There's so much to say about Kenny and his incredible service. Booking on his website was really easy and convenient. He is a mobile masseuse and will come to your hotel to provide the services. Communication with Kenny was prompt and he emailed appointment reminders as well as important confirmation information that I needed for my massages. Kenny arrived promptly at my hotel and set up rather quickly. I booked two massages and both of us were comfortable and relaxed in no time. He worked out all of the tension in our problem areas and we were truly refreshed. The best massages EVER!

Feel like we hit the jackpot finding J Lindsay! She is so knowledgeable and has that magic touch! She's a wonderful communicator and listened to everything I said about my chronic neck pain, which she worked on with tools and techniques that I've rarely gotten in the States (and I get a fair amount of massages!). I got the focused therapeutic massage, and my husband got the relaxing massage. My only regret is that I we can't bring Lindsay to the States with us!!
