I had a manicure at BOA Beauty Bar in Somerset West and overall, I’m happy with the result – my nails look great and the therapist was friendly and pleasant throughout the appointment. That said, I did feel the experience was a little rushed and a bit more attention to detail would’ve made a big difference, as I had to ask for a few nails to be reshaped because they were slightly jagged or uneven. That aside, I appreciate the service and the therapist's effort, and I’d still consider returning. With a little more time and focus, the experience could go from good to amazing.

I had a wonderful experience today getting LCN gel nails. Nail technician Merle was not just incredibly skilled but warm friendly and professional throughout the entire appointment. She paid great attention to detail and my absolutely flawless, strong, natural looking and beautifully finished. Overall the service was top-noched. Atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. I love my LCN gel overlays. I highly recommend Merle to anyone looking for quality nail care and exceptional customer service! I will definitely be BACK!

A huge shoutout to Casey at Emma’s Express Beauty Studio in Somerset West 💅✨ She worked absolute wonders on my nails – from soft gel tips with nail art, rose gold chrome and a dreamy cat eye, to the most divine maroon shade on my toes. Not only did she fit me in at the last minute, but she also treated me to the perfect cappuccino while I relaxed. My nails are flawless and I’m officially vacation ready! 🌺☕️🌴

I highly recommend these ladies! I usually get my nails done every 3 weeks, but was away on holiday and after 4 weeks, not a single chip or peel. The Fresh Coat was recommended to me about two years ago after a lot of disappointing manicures at several different places in Somerset West. I have now been a happy customer for almost two years at The Fresh Coat. They get it right every single time. My nails look good and the gel lasts. Give them a shot, you will not be disappointed.

Dominique’s talent and nail technique is next level. My nails always look amazing. She is friendly and straight to the point with getting the job done. Always above and beyond what I expected each and every time.

I’ve been doing my nails with Zandri for 5 years now - best nail tech I’ve ever had. She always work with the utmost care and delivers an amazing result every time. Joy is also such a sweet assistant that I’ve been going to for laser treatment. She is always concerned about your comfort and making sure that you are having a positive experience throughout.

Bianca has made my nails grow like never before. She has incredible patience and has brilliant technique. I always walk out extra happy. Best Nail tech to exist!

My Nail technician was Loveness, at the Boa Somerset West. I’m not the most relaxed person so it’s quite hard work to do my nails, but Loveness did a great job. My nails look so good.

My first manicure at Mani&Chill was done very well by Belyse. I had a painfully split cuticle, so I took some plasters along. Belyse skillfully worked around the painful cuticle without aggravating it, and my nails look beautiful again! Thank you!

I recently visited the Emperess Nails for a Gel overlay, and I'm absolutely thrilled with the experience! My nail technician, Vuyo was incredibly skilled and attentive. She listened carefully to my requests and worked her magic to create a stunning nail design. The salon itself is modern, clean, and beautifully decorated and the staff is friendly and welcoming. What really impressed me was the attention to detail and the high-quality products used. My nails look and feel amazing, and I've received countless compliments. I had such a lovely experience at BOA Somerset West! I went in to get my nails and feet done, and from start to finish, the atmosphere was amazing. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and in such good spirits – it really made the visit extra enjoyable. My nails and feet look absolutely perfect, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.
