I had the same great experience as always on this visit. I missed Tamara, who usually does my manicure, (one team — Tamara & Monica work on me at the same time) but I was still in great hands with Monica, who handled both my manicure and pedicure this time. Since it had been a while since my last visit, she focused on retraining my nails. Elizabeth plays a key role in ensuring excellent service, scheduling, and communication. She keeps you informed of any scheduling changes and is always extremely helpful to clients!! Great to be back. Thanks ladies.

I had a fantastic experience with Nune! She did an excellent job on my Russian manicure and pedicure. Her attention to detail is unmatched, she really took her time to ensure everything was perfect. My nails look absolutely gorgeous, and I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend her if you're looking for high-quality, professional work!

It was my very first time coming here. The staff was very friendly and professional. The nail color I picked was darker than the one on the sample nail palette, they said it was because the palette was white underneath (which makes sense) they offered to switch the color to something else but I just kept what I had because they didn’t have a lighter version of what I wanted. She did a great job with the pedicure except I wish she’d taken off more skin on the heels and back of toes. Manicure was good but again there’s extra skin on the edges of the nail. Very good job removing cuticles.be back.

The ladies doing my nails were very nice but at one point, the woman doing my manicure scooped some of the water from the water my feet were soaking in my pedicure to use for my hands, which was actually kind of gross.

Manicure felt kind of rushed, the technician kept burning my cuticles/cutting too deep. Some of the margins surrounding a couple of nailbeds have hard gel on them as well. Pedicure was okay too, one of my nails wasn’t filed properly so the edge is jagged. I liked that the technician doing my pedicure clipped my ingrown nail. Overall the experience was fine, not sure if I would come back with the price being expensive and the quality wasn’t as good as the last time I came.

I’ve enjoyed all of my visits to Mail Nail Bar. The front desk staff are pleasant & welcoming. It’s clean & has a warm ambiance. My nail tech, Anne, is such a pleasure to talk to and she’s does an excellent job with my nails. She’s awesome! I always leave feeling well pleased. Thank you!

I’m a Travel RN, and so happy to have found such a wonderful nail stylist in Rosanna.. This is a beautiful salon. If you’re looking for the most fabulous gel manicure this is where you want to go. Please don’t let the price detour you. Because I have went to several cheaper nail salons trying to save money, and my nails have chipped within days, and my one nail always breaks. However, I have had three gel manicures here, and not a single chip or broken nail in 4 wks. My nails outgrow the color. I highly recommend this nail salon located in a safe area. ❤️

Nicole is the first nail tech who really listened to what I wanted and gave me exactly what I had envisioned! My pedicure is meh but that was a different tech, though the massage part was amazing! Nicole did my builder gel manicure and I could not be happier! An almost overwhelming number of color options to choose from so next time I’ll go in with a better idea in mind. Overall, thoroughly satisfied and I will be returning and recommending to all my friends and family.

I always look forward to coming here because the Staff is always friendly. I wasn’t offered anything to drink but the lady next to me who was getting a gelx Mani was. Manicure felt rushed. I noticed that after the nail polish dried that tips of my nails are rough and theres a lot cuticle hanging on some fingers that the nail tech missed and she didn’t put any cuticle oil when she was done.

Friendly service. Stephenie did a great job on my pedicure and Bo Young did beautiful precise on my cat eye nails and was able to execute a detailed design I chose of a flaming heart with and eye inside. Both ladies were a joy to talk to, and I will be back!
