Salon was clean and cool especially in this heat. Had a great Korean lash lift with Rakhee and what a lovely lady. Very friendly and engaging and made me feel very comfortable. I had an eyelash infill with someone completely new while I was visiting the area, and I’m so glad I found her! She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. Her attention to detail is amazing, and she did such a beautiful job. My lashes look absolutely gorgeous,full, neat, and exactly how I wanted them. I’m honestly obsessed with them! I only wish I lived closer because I would 100% make her my regular lash technician. Treatments with Neha fabulous as always 💖 Current heatwave meant the salon was unbearably hot 🥵 - couple of fans blowing hot air around not very effective. Despite blinds being down, a pedicure next to the glass windows was pretty uncomfortable - and just can’t imagine how it was for poor Neha who had been in the salon all day (Poor staff must have been sweltering in their black uniforms!) Really didn’t think I could complete all the treatments I had booked today but lovely Neha was her usual positive self and kept me going with drinks of cold water! Air conditioning next time please…..
